This Catalina Intel Mac no longer evaluates — nixpkgs 26.11 removed
x86_64-darwin — so its host entry is commented out in hosts/default.nix.
The machine still works, but Nix no longer manages it. It will either get a
working x86_64-darwin pin or be retired (see the fleet-refocus decommission
list).
This is the computer in the kitchen. It’s mainly used by Pop for web browsing and email.
